The message got home to our peers in graphic design too. Solution Group were the only north-eastern designers to be nominated for either The Roses or Fresh national awards schemes.

Their glossy magazine Engine is how they do it. We design every spread and even write some of the articles on the pretext that, just because it's about IT, it doesn't have to be boring. Gratifyingly, every issue of Engine generates admiring sighs as well as enormous response.
