Our aim is to promote a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, being physically active, being confident with our own emotions, developing healthy dependence and independence and overall helping each child to be well balanced. Once again our daily activities try to reflect this ethos. We have a dedicated cook on our team, working with a nutritionist in order to develop healthy meals and snacks for the children. Our meals are cooked on the premises using fresh ingredients. We also serve organic milk, which has a higher concentration of omega 3 fatty acids which are essential to the development of the brain, and some research as shown that it may also aid concentration and development.
