Once you have decided to take up a place with us you will be introduced to your child’s key worker .During the induction process and settling in period, this person becomes your first port of call regarding information about your child. As you and your child spend time in the nursery you will however develop relationships with all members of staff who in turn care for your child and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. The key worker is responsible for maintaining your child’s record of achievement, which includes photo’s and artwork. At the end of every day you will be given a detailed verbal hand over explaining how your child has been throughout the day. This will include relevant information dependant on the age of your child. Parents are welcomed into our nursery environment and we encourage any involvement possible. To enable this we plan parents evenings, family outings, Christmas fairs, summer B-B-Q’s etc. and welcome all the help and support you can.
