Staffing and Ratios

Here at St Gabriels we have a diverse team of staff who have a variety of skills and attributes, with a range of qualifications. Our management and staffing structure consists of A Manager, A Deputy and 4 Team Leaders in core areas of the nursery. Followed by qualified nursery nurses or assistants in all rooms. Alongside this, we also have trained staff in specialised areas such as Special Needs, Equal Opportunities and Behaviour management, to enhance and support both our staff and parents in these areas. ALL OUR STAFF MUST RECEIVE A CRIMINAL RECORDS BUREAU CHECK WITH AN ENHANCED DISCLOSURE WHEN THEY BEGIN WORKING FOR US. The ratios we maintain are as follows: Children under 2 yrs 1:3 ratio Children 2yrs - 3 yrs 1:4 ratio Children 3yrs - 4 yrs 1:8 ratio
