Who We Are

St Gabriels Nursery is a large private day nursery which operates under the guidance of the national standards. We are inspected regularly by OFSTED, who look at both the quality of day care and education that we provide. Our OFSTED reports are available to all parents within the nursery and are published on their own web site. We know how important quality and value for money is to parents and at present we are working towards “Quality Counts”. This is a quality scheme for day nurseries which also inspects over and above the national standards. We have close links to the Early Years team in Newcastle and receive support on all areas of care and education for children from birth - 5yrs. Open 51 weeks per year Monday - Friday 7.45am- 6.00pm Session times 7.45am - 12.45pm morning session or 1.00pm - 6.00pm afternoon session We are closed all national Bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year (See attached fee structure for more details.)
