The People Show is an annual art competition run by the University Gallery of Northumbria University. The rules are simple, your artwork must involve people in some way. Pete will be very happy to tell you he won it once. We were asked to design the advertising materials to encourage artists from all over the British Isles to enter. Our solution was a striking black and white image of everyday people at a bus stop with one person picked out in colour and framed to make artists think ‘what would they do?’
